Buy
A listed deed sells at its price in one transaction. The deed, the right to launch and every future scout tax move to your wallet at once; the seller is paid in the same transaction.

List
Open your deed, set a price. The deed stays in your wallet until it sells, and you can re-price or cancel at any time.

Buy back
The verified creator of a launched name can take its deed back at the program price, k × trailing scout tax and never below the bond cost. A creator who sells their own deed waives that right.
The market takes 1 % of a sale and nothing on listing or cancelling. The seller is paid in the sale transaction, together with the scout tax the deed earned under them. Deeds also trade on Magic Eden ↗.
