      How trading works

      • Buy. A listed deed sells at its price, the market takes 1 % and the seller is paid in the same transaction. The deed and every future scout tax move to you at once.
      • List. Own a deed? Set a price. The deed stays in your wallet until it sells; re-price or cancel any time.
      • Buy back. Verified creators take a launched deed back at the program price, k × trailing scout tax, never below bond cost. A creator who sells their own deed waives that right.
